Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important to us. In accordance with ethical guidelines, what you discuss with Kym Tyler dba Beautiful Healing Space is kept confidential. Beautiful Healing Space does not distribute, share, trade, or sell any information gathered from clients at any time for any reason without direct written permission from said individual. All information is kept strictly confidential.

It is our mission to promote balance, both inside and out, by providing a peaceful, relaxing, safe and inclusive environment where you can become your most radiant, beautiful self.

Financial Policy : Payment is expected at least 24 hours before the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to the appointment. Otherwise, they are subject to cancellation. Beautiful Healing Space accepts PayPal and Venmo (for Skype/Zoom sessions outside of work hours, we will accept PayPal and Venmo transactions. Please inquire if you are interested in Skype/Zoom, etc. sessions). While, most often, insurance will not cover hypnotherapy, I can offer you receipts for tax purposes.

Cancellation Policy: Please make cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior) or missed/no show appointments will be charged as regular appointments. Your practitioner may, at their discretion, on a one-time basis forgive or reduce the missed appointment fee. There are no refunds available on sessions canceled within 24 hours. However, you may reschedule your session when canceling within 24 hours. Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member.
